Felt Club is a big crafting fair held in Los Angeles.  Over 75 crafters, artists and designers were there to show off their d.i.y. wares to the public.  Check out their website for the next event.

Here’s what people were wearing on a beautiful SoCal Sunday afternoon:

sometimes fashion is just about attitude.

artist overalls—you can’t buy that kind of fashion statement.

close up of the hat.  he made it himself.

dog in a pink tutu the latest trend?  if so, you saw it here first!

besides liking cool hats, nicole is an artist who makes and sells wearable art.

the girl on the left shows how you can step up your style by accessorizing.  notice the flower in the hair, necklace (sorry I didn’t get a close up!), cool belt and shiny shoes.

i liked this jacket.  it’s from target!

scarves are cool to wear, even in sunny California.

Hey,
My name is Terry Anderson and I am the guy with the overalls and whoopee hat. I like the pix you took of everyone, and I glad to be counted among their number. It’s kind of ironic, however, as I got the overalls from the wardrobe department of a show I used to work on. They were, in fact, and artist COSTUME. Just though I’d let you know.

Thanks so much for including me in this and thanks for the link to my site! Japanese street fashion is my biggest inspiration!
