Here’s a shopping site from the people who bring you CUTiE magazine.  You can find a wide selection of Japanese brands for young women.  The site includes four online magazines they call “shopping books.” There is also a selection of men’s clothing but it’s mostly shirts.  It’s all in Japanese, but you should be able to click around easily.
