Have you got World Cup fever?
This summer the ultimate soccer tournament takes place in Germany where the best athletes play for national pride and the title of World Cup champions. Here in the U.S. if you don’t know that the rest of the world calls soccer, “football,” then you probably won’t be watching. But you can still catch World Cup fever by adding some soccer style to your room.
Design outfit ±0 (Plus Minus Zero) has made green soccer mats to turn your floor into a pitch. Be careful not to hit the TV if you feel the impulse to kick a ball around your room. Retails for around $30.

Microsoft has released The Blue Limited Edition 2006 FIFA World Cup Xbox 360 in an attempt to boost poor Xbox 360 sales in Japan. The blue faceplate is the official color of Japan’s national soccer team. The console retails for about $430 and comes with the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany game from Electronic Arts.

Japanese artist Takashi Murakami is known for designing Louis Vuitton bags. Now you can own his artwork on a limited edition soccer ball available through the Unica Home website. Cost: $400

If you live for soccer, now you can live in a soccer ball! These Japanese-designed houses are shaped like soccer balls and are constructed to survive natural disasters. I wonder how they would sell in New Orleans?

For something a little smaller, how about a Be@rbrick of your favorite J.League team? J.League is the Japan Professional Football Team. There are 19 different Be@rbricks in the special collection. These figures were for a promotion in Japan and not for sale, but you can find them on eBay or Yahoo auctions.

So just wanted to say that I love that soccer ball lol.
